You don’t need a lot, just something for the pork chops to sit on. Once the sauce is hot and bubbly (it just takes a few minutes), pour a layer of sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. (This would be a great place to use some frozen chicken broth, if you have some handy.) Using a convection oven, bake 1-1/4 hours or until tender in 325 F. Use a brush to spread the BBQ sauce on both sides of the pork chops. Rub the spice mixture on both sides of the 4 pork chops.
